A fantastic opportunity has arisen here at Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection by Marriott. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate AssistantFront Office Manager to join our Front Office team in our growing luxury boutique hotel.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, theAssistantFront Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role includes managing check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and maintaining high service standards. Key responsibilities include supervising the front office team, training and developing staff, handling guest complaints professionally, managing room assignments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. TheAssistantFront Office Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding the standards of our luxury boutique hotel.

  • Previous experience in front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and systems.
  • Proven ability in managing and motivating the front office team, with the ability to drive performance and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, oversee daily operations, and ensure the front office runs smoothly.
  • The capacity to handle guest concerns and operational challenges quickly and efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
