The Role


This is a great opportunity for an experienced Front Office Business Manager to represent the firm with the day-to-day Operations management of the front office Controls framework, working with senior stakeholders.


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regular Front Office procedure reviews, the production of relevant MI reporting and analysis as well as supporting the implementation of regulatory and non-regulatory projects.


The Front Office Business Manager is to confidently support the implementation of anyrelevant change projects within the front office, proactively identifying any areas for improvementand delivering the appropriateactions to make the improvements.


The Front Office Business Manager is to efficientlycoordinate with relevant areas within the Wealth Management business to ensure aseamless client service to the front office client relationship teams (Private Bankers & Investment Managers) and their clients.


The Front Office Business Managerwill oversee and monitorthe collations and production of any relevant MI,analyse trends and proactively drive remedial or improvement actions within the Front Office.Ensuring to track and monitor any progress of actions.


The Front Office Business Manager is responsible forcollating, preparing and distributing any relevant briefing materials for the internal committees.


The Front Office Business Managerwill confidentlyCoach and develop Business Support Executiveswhile efficiently delegatingadministrative work to the Business Support Executiveswhenrequired.


The Front Office Business Managerwill supportthe Second and Third Line of Defence Monitoring Programmes (Audit/Compliance/Operational Risk), working with the Wealth Management front office and other business areas to take ownership of the issues.


The Front OfficeBusiness Manager will take control of aportfolio of front office procedures which comply with internal and regulatory standards, are documented, understood and embedded within thefront-linebusiness.


The Candidate


Front Office Wealth Management knowledge - whether this be through Business Management, Operations Management, and understanding of Wealth Management and the regulatory framework around it is essential.


A knowledge on risk management and Front Office controls.


Consumer Duty knowledge.


Good understanding of risk and regulation applicable to the Wealth Management sector.

Ability and confidence to deal effectively and professionally with people at all levels of the organisation


The individual should demonstrate an ability to work in a methodical, logical, Must be conscientious and diligent in their work to ensure accuracy of data.


Excellent time management, organisational & administrative skills and Ability to act on own initiative


Demonstrates excellent ability to manage senior stakeholders throughout the business
