Social Housing specialist - The Disrepair Team in Property Services are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. The focus will be on high-quality work, outstanding customer service and a right-first-time attitude.
The Role
- Repair & Replacement of baths
- Carpentry repairs such as fitting fire / internal doors
- Repair sash windows
- Patch plaster
- Bathroom Repairs
- Using a PDA device
- Liaising with tenants
Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 (Preferred)
- Full UK Drivers License
- Strong Social Skills
