The role will involve;

Reporting directly to the Community Manager
Work and interact with the residents to diagnose, repair, and resolve their issues
Help maintain, monitor and oversee the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and compliance requirements for the development via H&S and PPM software/ forms
Perform all relevant safety procedures
Maintenance issues will be repaired quickly and effectively.
Carpentry, joinery, painting and decorating
Basic plumbing and electrical experience
Effective Communicator
Tech-savvy
Understanding of H&S compliance
