As a Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for covering Westminster and surrounding areas and duties will include;
- Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance across our buildings
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, including PAT testing and water safety checks
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance
- Support landscaping, decoration, and general upkeep activities
- Assist with fire marshal duties, first aid support, and out-of-hours site cover
- Participate in a shared Out-of-Hours rota (1 week in 6) - receiving 100 additional pay plus overtime for callouts
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 35 hour week with an immediate start available.
You will need;
- Experience in repairs and maintenance
- An awareness of health and safety in the workplace (fire safety, legionella, asbestos, etc.)
- A Full UK Driving Licence
