Description

  • Support the development and delivery of a business growth strategy for a membership programme.
  • Research and identify prospective member organisations and initiate outreach.
  • Deliver compelling pitches to potential clients both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and product alignment.
  • Assist with onboarding new members, including welcome communications and system setup.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilise CRM/database systems effectively.
  • Attend industry events to network and stay informed on equality and diversity developments.
  • Contribute to client retention through renewals, relationship management, and invoicing.

Profile

  • Strong customer service skills across face-to-face, written, and phone interactions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain corporate client relationships.
  • Confident in managing and updating databases accurately.
  • Skilled in working independently and prioritising tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems, including Excel and CRM tools.
  • Effective researcher with the ability to gather, analyse, and report information.
  • Organised and efficient in planning and executing administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and commitment to equality and inclusion.
