My client are looking for a dynamic Business Development Managerto join their team, with the potential for progression.

The Company

My client are a Specialist Subcontractor, who hold a reputable name in the industry.

They have a stable turnover and healthy profit margins, and are on the path to double turnover in the next 2 years.

My clietn place strong emphasis on individuals development within the company, which has led to a low staff turnover.

HQ based in Essex with projects in London.

The Role - Business Development Manager / Sales

If you excel at strategic, consultative selling and have experience in complex, high-value sales cycles, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Working as part of a BD team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving high-value, long-term partnerships within the construction and industry.
  • Seeking out new business opportunitiesand understand potential leads.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and navigates challenges with ease
  • Engagingin extensive client exploration, ask insightful questionsand demonstrate the value of the business/solution
  • Maintaininghigh energy levels, be engagingand excel in client-facing interactions.
  • Nurturing opportunities through to BID stage, and thensales on the client side.
  • Preferred experience within social housing clients

The role will be predominaitely field based, with 1-2 days in the office (Essex) required.
