Our client, a leading charity is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid position, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the full sales cycle: from identifying and nurturing leads to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and lead generation
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor bespoke proposals that align with their goals
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals that contribute to long-term income and impact
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings, promoting their services and mission
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality or health services
- Confidence in identifying opportunities, pitching and securing new business with measurable results
- Strong communication, proposal writing and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised and passionate about the hospitality industry and the positive impact of wellbeing initiatives
