A well established agency with a highly experienced team, this leading technical business has a proven background in excellent service to end clients and production agencies across the country.

Boasting high quality, high-tech kit, they offer full AV project management for innovative corporate events, this is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a friendly and experienced team in a highly successful agency, working in a rewarding role with great earning potential!

The business has doubled their multi million turnover in recent years and they are aiming to do the same again!

THE ROLE

There is now the opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join this growing but close knit team and set the strategy across the business.

This will be an autonomous role for a forward thinking business “hunter” where you will be building relationships and opening new doors!

As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Setting the Business Development strategy across the business
  • Networking within current accounts for new opportunities
  • Attending client meetings
  • Account management, building relationships
  • Briefing internal teams
  • Building industry knowledge to meet new contacts
  • Marketing of the business

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have similar experience within an event or technical production agency and be used to working independently. Just as importantly, you will be driven and ambitious, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion to really contribute and make a difference to the team.
