Are you a confident relationship-builder with a passion for purpose-driven partnerships? Just a Drop is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us grow our corporate partnerships and fund life-changing safe water projects around the world.

  • What you’ll do
    You’ll drive new business development, identifying and securing long-term, mutually beneficial corporate partnerships that align with Just a Drop’s mission. You’ll lead on proposals and pitches, network at high-level events, and maintain a robust pipeline through Salesforce as well as contributing to the wider team fundraising strategy — all while collaborating closely with our friendly and passionate Fundraising & Comms team

What we’re looking for

  • Experience of corporate partnerships
  • A proven track record of winning, negotiating and delivering new business partnerships and meeting sales / fundraising targets
  • A strategic thinker with excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills, adapting to different audiences
  • An understanding of corporate fundraising: cause-related marketing; employee fundraising; payroll giving; volunteering; corporate foundations; Charity of the Year; why corporates seek to work with charity partners and the mutual value this can bring
  • Strong understanding of sustainability and why corporates want to give back
  • A self-starter with a team spirit and drive to meet ambitious targets
