Are you a target-driven, commercially sharp Business Development Manager looking to join a company in growth mode?
Do you thrive on mapping markets, making cold calls, and closing deals - with the confidence to own the full sales cycle?

We're partnering with a fast-growing facilities management provider seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business and drive revenue growth. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director and offers real influence and opportunity as the company scales.

What You'll Be Doing as a Business Development Manager:

  • Identify and target new B2B opportunities through proactive outreach and market mapping.
  • Own the full sales process from cold prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients, nurturing leads and converting them into long-term contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and refine outreach strategies.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry expos to enhance brand visibility and close new deals.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track all sales activity and report on performance and pipeline forecasts.

What We're Looking for as a Business development Manager:

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or Business Development Manager role - ideally within FM, cleaning, or related service industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Confident cold caller with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset - you're not waiting for leads, you're creating them.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both online and in person.
  • Experience with CRM systems - HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
