Our client, a leading charity is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid position, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the full sales cycle: from identifying and nurturing leads to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor bespoke proposals that align with their goals
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals that contribute to long-term income and impact
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings, promoting their services and mission

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality or health services
  • Confidence in identifying opportunities, pitching and securing new business with measurable results
  • Strong communication, proposal writing and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and passionate about the hospitality industry and the positive impact of wellbeing initiatives
