ROLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: 40,000 base + 20,000 OTE + 500/month car allowance
LOCATION: South East England (Remote-first with regional field visits)

Responsibilities:
Convert leads into long-term clients through outbound calls and in-person meetings
Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through to close, supported by SDRs
Feed market insights back to shape product development and go-to-market strategy
Skills:
1-3 years' sales experience (field, B2B, B2C or door-to-door)
Excellent communicator with proven ability to build client relationships
Full UK driving licence and open to regional travel
