We are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing Facilities Management business, recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join the team and expand new business opportunities with commercial businesses in central London.
This is a remote role with the opportunity to work in the hubs in London and regular travel to meet clients in central London.Â
Responsibilities will include:
. Identify new business opportunities and target clients
. Following up on both warm and cold leads to establish connections and follow-up
. Consistently focus on client engagement and retention
. Organising client meetings to pitch FM services
. Deliver proposals and presentations to prospects
. Stay informed with networking opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
Experience required:
. Minimum 3 years Business Development
. Experience in FM, Engineering, or Construction
. Experience selling into commercial buildings such as universities, hospitals, offices, etc
. The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
