About the Role:

In this role,you will needto cultivate strong partnerships with existing and new clients, promote our full product range, and align with our client's visions and requirements to enhance their customer experience for new product development as well as for our existing range.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients regarding their product needs and work with the product development team to ensure accurate delivery of client brief

.Oversee products from concept to launch and beyond

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the primary contact for any issues or escalations

Manage and resolve client queries, leveraging cross-functional support when necessary

Support business development initiatives and project-related activities

Collaborate with the management and production teams to ensure smooth operational processes

Qualifications:

A strong background in food product development.

Proven track record in Account Management and/or Sales, with a strength in developing and expanding accounts. B2B sales experience is an advantage.

Effective communicator with strong listening skills to engage, collaborate, and identify opportunities.

Passionate about providing and enhancing client experience and satisfaction.

Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.

Results-driven, detail-oriented team player.

Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Desirable:

Industry knowledge in Bakery and/or experience supplying to airlines is a plus, but not essential.

French speaker would be a plus but not essential.
