- Managenewbusiness,renewals,andmid-termadjustmentsacrossadiverse portfolioofcommercialclientswithaccuracyandefficiency.
- Provideexpertadvice,deliveringtailoredinsurancesolutionsthatmeetclientsindividual needs.
- Developandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithbothclientsandinsurersto ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Overseethepreparationandmanagementofclientdocumentation,handlepremiumcollections,andcompletediarytasksinlinewithregulatoryandinternal deadlines.
- Assistwithclaimshandlingandofferguidanceonriskmanagementwhen necessary.
- Aminimumof5years'experiencehandlingarangeofcommercialinsuranceproducts.
- CertCIIqualification(orcurrentlyworkingtowards).
- StrongworkingknowledgeofFCAregulations,GDPR,andindustrycompliancestandards.
- ProficiencywithinsurancesectorITsystems,particularlyActuris.
- Excellentorganisationalandtime-managementskills.
- Confidenceandprofessionalisminclient-facingcommunication.
