We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Membership Sales Advisor / Duty Manager with a Background in Fitness to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health and fitness, who enjoys motivating others and delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will combine expertise in training and wellness with strong sales and communication skills. You will play a key role in growing our member base, supporting clients on their fitness journey, and promoting a positive, energetic club environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales and help achieve team targets
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold club standards
- Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a premium member experience
- Support day-to-day club operations, including health & safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with a motivated team, bringing energy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Experience in sports coaching or personal training (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage, retain, and motivate members
- Experience working in a performance-driven environment
What we offer:
- Competitive starting salary: £27,000 per annum (based on 40 hour week)
