KRG are working with one of our retained agency clients on a brand new Senior Influencer Executive role to join their growing team!

They're an integrated performance agency with a strong focus on disruptive, creative campaigns for big name brands in a variety of sectors. This role gives you the opportunity to work with some of the biggest influencers in the industry on some incredible and exciting campaigns in an end to end capacity alongside a supportive and structured team. Role Overview:
You will work across influencer-led campaigns with a particular emphasis on performance-driven influencer marketing strategies. You will manage end-to-end campaign execution, optimise influencer collaborations, and ensure measurable results that align with client objectives. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of industries and audiences, leveraging your expertise to deliver impactful social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities - all supported by an established team!

  • Planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer marketing campaigns from conceptualisation through to reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement both brand awareness and performance-focused influencer activations.
  • Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers across multiple niches, audience sizes, and social platforms to align with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to craft tailored influencer strategies that meet specific campaign objectives.
  • Utilise analytics and data insights to monitor influencer performance, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Stay informed on emerging influencer trends, platform updates and algorithm changes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and content creators.
  • Assess influencer audiences to ensure alignment with brand and campaign target demographics.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and fees to maximise value for clients while maintaining positive influencer relationships.
  • Coordinate with social media, paid media, creative, and strategy teams to seamlessly integrate influencer marketing into broader campaign efforts.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities, innovative approaches, and emerging influencers to continually enhance campaign impact.
  • Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and campaign results to clients, demonstrating clear value and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing within an agency setting, with a strong understanding of how agencies collaborate with brands and talent.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Brandwatch, similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of influencer landscapes across various industries, demographics, and platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities to work across multiple campaigns and projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and eager to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
