What You'll Do:
Distributor Management & Business Growth:
- Lead distributor relationships with a clear focus on accountability, market expansion, and performance improvement.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard high-performing distribution partners across key territories.
- Motivate distributors to exceed sales targets while maintaining strong in-market execution and stock control.
FMCG Marketing & Brand Execution:
- Develop annual marketing calendars with distribution partners and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Oversee NPD launches, trade marketing initiatives, and promotional activity across markets.
- Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to ensure consistent consumer messaging.
Commercial & Financial Oversight:
- Manage Customer P&Ls and provide accurate forecasting and profit analysis.
- Track distributor profitability and support pricing strategies across markets.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets with full transparency and ROI awareness.
Operations & Forecasting:
- Coordinate closely with Export Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Input accurate monthly demand forecasts and track delivery performance.
Who You Are:
- FMCG experience is highly preferred, particularly in managing distributor-led markets internationally.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of growing accounts and entering new markets.
- Able to influence and challenge distributors while nurturing strong relationships.
- A proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset and high cultural awareness.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
