Operations Manager - Multi-brand Beauty

My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager, able to manage a small busy team and ensure that customer service and logistics for the entire brand portfolio is seamless.
You will be a people and process manager able to improve the workflow for both in-bound and out-bound orders. Optimising the performance of their 3PLs and the internal team. Seeking proven experience of supply to multiple retail partners across multiple countries. Passionate about the Beauty industry and providing a best-in-class service.
Key areas of responsibility; logistics management, customer service, inventory & deliveries and processes and infrastructure projects.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Operations, a highly experienced operator both functionally and within FMCG Beauty. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast moving Beauty business at a time of growth both in the UK & Internationally. You'll need to be super-switched on with a 'can do' attitude.
