TeamJobs are delighted to be recruiting for a Regional Account Manager to join a growing British lifestyle brand, known for its stylish and practical clothing and accessories. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in field sales and a passion for building strong customer relationships within retail.

The Role:
As Regional Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of your territory, managing and developing relationships with department stores, fashion boutiques, garden centres, and outdoor specialists. This is a home-based, field sales role where you'll be on the road visiting accounts, presenting seasonal collections, securing new stockists, and building long-term brand loyalty. You'll also attend trade shows and collaborate regularly with the head office team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Agree and deliver seasonal sales targets (Spring/Summer & Autumn/Winter)

  • Manage an established portfolio of independent and key retail accounts

  • Build strong customer relationships and foster enthusiasm for the brand

  • Identify and onboard new stockists that align with brand values

  • Conduct range reviews and ensure brand standards are maintained in-store

  • Attend quarterly business reviews and trade shows

  • Achieve 2-3 order appointments per day during key selling periods

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven field sales success, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail, working with independent retailers

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently while staying connected to the wider team

  • Based in the South East with the ability to travel across Hampshire, Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Kent, and the surrounding areas

  • Comfortable with the physical side of the role (sample bags and displays)

The Package:

  • 35,000 - 40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

  • Uncapped commission scheme
