This 25 strong team is unapologetic about being in the studio most days of the week. Apart from being a beautiful and inspiring space (one of the best), the team benefit massively from genuine and close collaboration to solve their clients’ branding challenges.
You get to learn from very experienced designers and thinkers that don’t bring their ego to work. Their interest in design and brand is deep and authentic.
You’ll have:
- Managed B2B branding and communications projects for around 5 years
- An assured confidence when dealing with senior clients and colleagues
- Experience in managing a range of creative projects (branding, design, film, animation)
- Good stakeholder management experience. You understand the importance of a promise.
You’ll be:
- Totally good with being in the studio 5 days a week with occasional flexibility (this is a set requirement, you won’t change their mind!).
- Great at listening and soaking up intelligence. Not much gets past you
- Part account manager, part project manager (super client facing and horribly organised)
- Big picture and happy to jump into creative or logistical weeds
- Focused a lot but not exclusively on one large client. The client is so large however, and the work so varied, that it can feel like many clients, so you won’t get bored.
- Genuinely interested in b2b branding and communications. You like the higher quality of conversation and the intellectual challenge.
- Warm, articulate, dedicated, diligent.
