Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, showcasing expert knowledge in luxury menswear and fine tailoring.

• Demonstrate passion for sartorial craftsmanship, heritage, and premium lifestyle offerings.

• Build and nurture relationships with discerning clients through attentive service and tailored recommendations.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive clienteling and brand storytelling.

• Support daily operations, stock management, and maintain immaculate visual standards that reflect the brand’s prestige.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally within menswear or tailoring.

• A deep appreciation for fine fabrics, fit, and styling, with a customer-centric approach.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.

• Polished presentation and an understanding of luxury service standards.

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and build a loyal client base.
