As Customer Supply Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the order-to-cash process for a set of key customers. You'll partner with commercial, planning, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, seamless fulfilment, and outstanding service levels. It's a great opportunity to work with major national and international retailers, gaining exposure to a truly global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring service performance supports joint business targets.
Coordinate and execute supply and service plans that balance operational cost and service.
Analyse EPOS data and provide insights to planning teams to improve service and efficiency.
Manage supply chain administration, including product set-ups, promotional forms, pricing, and data integrity.
Oversee order management processes from entry through to invoicing, claims, and returns.
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, fill rates, and forecast accuracy, resolving issues proactively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Solid understanding of supply chain and order fulfilment processes.
Experience managing order accuracy, allocations, and timely fulfilment.
Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning.
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
Desirable:
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Direct supply chain support to retailers, distributors, or key accounts.
Familiarity with inventory, stock management, and logistics coordination.
FMCG or consumer goods sector experience.
Exposure to export / international order management.
