Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Monument
Pay: 14 - 15.50 per hour
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Hours/days: Full Time, Monday- Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
Your key responsibilities will include:
Entering, costing, and processing supplier bills with precision
Managing our comprehensive database of suppliers and subcontractors
Assisting with various ad-hoc compliance tasks as needed
Supporting the team with any other matters that arise

We're searching for a self-starter who thrives in a team environment yet can work independently following thorough training.
Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role
To succeed, you should have:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
A readiness to learn our bespoke accounting software, Evision & Webcontractor (training provided)
