Accounts Receivable Assistant - Entertainment Industry | Central London | 4 days in office | Up to £35kLocation: Central London

A leading name in the entertainment industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their Central Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager in delivering a smooth and efficient AR function across a broad and dynamic customer portfolio.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced and creative business, where you'll collaborate with offshore teams and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and tight financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely collection and management of receivables across the company’s customer base

  • Oversee billing processes to maintain control, accuracy, and efficiency

  • Ensure accurate and timely cash allocation in collaboration with offshore teams

  • Maintain strong protocols during the customer onboarding process

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business units and stakeholders across the team

  • Work closely with offshore partners to optimise receivables processes and maintain performance KPIs

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in a similar AR role, preferably within a large organisation

  • Previous exposure to outsourced finance functions (desirable)

  • Familiarity with SAP and SAP Business Object Analysis for Office (desirable)

  • Medium to advanced Excel skills

  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
