We have a exciting role for a Accounts Receivable assistant to join a Global Music business in London, a hybrid model working 4 days in the office and working from home Fridays.

This role sits within the Central Accounting team who serve the UK Recorded Music Label Groups, supporting the AP & AR Manager in leading the Accounts Receivable function.

Day to day:

  • Ensure prompt collection and supervision of the company's debt across our dynamic customer portfolio.
  • Oversee billing processes company-wide driving control, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely cash allocation alongside our offshore teams.
  • Maintain protocols within our customer on-boarding process.
  • Be the first point of contact for l Music business units, establishing good communication with the key stakeholders, managing relationships both internally and externally whilst delivering the highest possible service to our customers across the group.
  • Work closely with offshore partners to enhance our receivable processes and maintain set KPIs.

Person specifications

  • Experience working in a similar role within a large organisation (preferred)
  • Previous experience in working with outsourced functions (desirable)
  • Previous experience with SAP, SAP Business Object Analysis for Office (desirable)
  • Medium to Advanced knowledge of Excel (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
