What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and manage the AR ledger - from invoicing and credit notes to bank reconciliations and deposits
  • Work closely with finance and operational teams across multiple UK and EU sites
  • Drive improvements in billing processes, aged debt reporting, and reconciliation accuracy
  • Support the month-end close and help prepare for audits with the senior finance team
  • Contribute to shaping and streamlining processes in a fast-moving, evolving environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working across departments and juggling multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in a multi-site or fast-paced business is a bonus
