Working Hours:Full-time, 5 days a week (in-office)

Job Description:As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various accounting and financial tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in the property industry and develop their career in finance.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience or internships in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
