Hybrid - Client Biller - Global PR Agency

A global PR agency (Equity Backed) are seeking a Client Biller to join their team in a shiny new office based in Central London. Reporting directly into a FC this is a permanent, hybrid opportunity working on both WIP and Retailer Bills. There is an opportunity to progress into a more revenue reporting focused position.

The Role - Client Biller

Management of the US ledger - collection of overdue invoices
Client invoicing (Fees/WIP rechargeable costs) issued in line with Client Contracts
Audit evidence in place to support UK GAAP revenue recognition
Supporting Commercial Business Partner
Monthly client servicing reports
Working capital management
Chase all client debts and accrued income reviewed regularly

The Person - Client Biller

Experience undertaking project billing in a media or creative agency is essential
Very strong communication skills are needed to build good relationships with the client teams
Eagerness to grow and develop within a consistantly changing, fast paced environment
