An ambitious and rapidly growing tech company is looking for a driven Finance Assistant to join their team during an exciting growth phase.

  • Hybrid - 4 days in the office
  • Salary - £30,000 to £35,000
  • Location - Central London

What can you expect?

  • Manage the finance inbox and respond to purchase ledger queries.
  • Generate sales invoices, including credit control and follow-ups.
  • Provide information to support external accountants for year-end reporting and audits.
  • Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Reconcile payments to support payment runs.
  • Responsible for the employee expense approval process.
  • Undertake ad-hoc finance tasks as required by the wider finance team.

What skills/attributes can you bring:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on finance experience.
  • Experience working in a similar start-up environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables and formula & accounting software.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
