Description
- Provide financial support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Prepare and manage invoices and receipts
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with transactions
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Support in the execution of all financial transactions
- Monitor all banking activities and reconcile monthly reports
- Provide support during internal and external audits
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A solid foundation in finance and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
