Temporary Finance Operations Assistant Immediate start date 37.5 hour working weekHybrid model£17 - £20 per hour plus holiday pay accrualOur valued and long-standing client is looking for a Temporary Finance Operations Assistant, to join their Finance Team during a busy period. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of an organisation which manages and regulates within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure effective operation of the purchase ledger function and accurate recording of liabilities (registering invoices)Process weekly payment runsPerform Treasury function daily (bank reconciliations)Assist with the monthly sales Invoicing to the industryAssist with the NCC scheme finance processes and any other schemes (validate and approve applications)Assist with the timely collection of debts and default processAssist with month-end balance sheet reconciliations

Experience working in Accounts Payable is necessary. Knowledge of registering invoices and the Agresso system is paramount, payment runs, and daily bank reconciliations.
