Our Secondary Academy is now recruiting for an Art and Design Teacher to join us for the next academic year (2025 / 26). We believe this is a truly fantastic opportunity for a passionate Art and Design Teacher to become part of a well-established, highly collaborative and successful visual arts team that works hard to ensure that students enjoy a challenging, dynamic and rewarding visual arts curriculum.
This is a full-time Art and Design Teacher opportunity that offers a competitive MPS + Inner London salary, commensurate with experience. This role would also be suitable for ECTs and experienced Teacher alike.

Art and Design Teacher - Key responsibilities:
- Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge students
- Promote good progress and outcomes by students
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Plan and teach well-structured lessons
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all students
- Make accurate and productive use of assessment
- Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
