Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a small independent school, teaching Art to KS3 and KS4?

This is an independent boys school for children age 5 to 16, with an intake of girls in the primary sector of the school. At this is a religious Jewish school, the boys study Jewish studies in the mornings, and secular studies in the afternoons. Therefore, the joining teacher will only be required to teach in the afternoons part time, but will receive a full time salary. This role is 5 days per week.

There are around 200 children on roll from age 5 to 16 years old They have also enrolled girls to the school in the primary sector The school is going through a journey of improvement, and the joining teacher should be open to joining them on this journey You will benefit from teaching small class sizes  

About the Role – Art Teacher – Hackney, North London

The school is currently recruiting for a permanent Art teacher. The post can be offered on a part time basis with full time pay, due to students having religious studies in the morning, and secular studies in the afternoons This is working in a small but successful department The role is suitable to an Early career teacher ECT You will teach Art only to KS4 and KS5 You will be required to have a good subject knowledge and able to work as the sole Art teacher in the school
