Location:WestminsterRole:Art Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challengingArtlessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5), encouragingexpressiveoutcomes.
• Inspire students to develop their skills in a range of artistic disciplines, fostering individualexpressionand creativity.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance theArtcurriculum, promoting diverse forms ofexpression.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress inArt, valuing individualexpression.
• Potentially lead extracurricularArtclubs or contribute to school art exhibitions, celebrating studentexpression.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree inArt, Fine Art, or a related field.
• Proven experience teachingArtat secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on encouraging studentexpression.
• Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporaryartmedia, with an understanding of diverse forms ofexpression.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire creativity andexpressionin art.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant schoolartcommunity, valuing individualexpression.
