Location: Ealing Role: Art Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 3-4, encouraging a wide range of artistic exploration.
Inspire students to develop their skills in various artistic disciplines, fostering individual expression and creativity.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art curriculum, promoting diverse artistic pathways.
Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art, valuing individual artistic journeys.
Potentially lead extracurricular Art clubs or contribute to school art exhibitions, celebrating student creativity.

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related field.
Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on encouraging student expression.
Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art media, with an understanding of diverse artistic approaches.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and expression in art.
