TimePlan Education are excited to assist secondary schools across South East London with the recruitment of General Cover Supervisors for ad hoc supply and long-term supply to start as soon as possible.

Position Details:

• Role: General Cover Supervisor
• Location: Various secondary schools across South East London
• Ofsted Rating: Many of the schools are rated at least 'Good'
• Timings: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (this will be dependent on the school)
• Start Date: asap

Role Expectations:

A successful Cover Supervisor will:

• Build a strong rapport with students quickly
• Remain calm, confident, and engaging in unfamiliar settings
• Teach a variety of subjects using pre-prepared resources
• Maintain class discipline and keep students focused on their learning objectives

Cover Supervisors are essential in maintaining the continuity of students' education during short-term teacher absences. This role is crucial across all types of schools and educational stages.
