GSL Education London Branch is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated ECT English Teacher to work in supportive and inclusive schools located in Tower Hamlets and Newham.

As an ECT English Teacher, you will be supported by experienced staff and mentors who will guide you through your induction year and beyond. Whether you're seeking your first role or looking to gain valuable experience in dynamic school environments, we want to hear from you!

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for KS3 and KS4 students

• Support students of varying abilities and help them achieve their full potential

• Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with department staff and senior leadership

• Participate in school events, training and development sessions

• Uphold school values and promote good behaviour and learning

• Hold QTS or be working towards it as an ECT English Teacher

• Have a degree in English or a related subject

• Passionate about teaching and making a difference in students' lives

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Open to working across schools in Tower Hamlets and Newham

• A positive attitude and willingness to grow professionally
