Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language & Literature across KS3 and KS4 in line with Edexcel specification
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire ambition and curiosity.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constrictive feedback and interventions.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Specialism in English Language & Literature (or closely related subject).
- Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools (preferred).
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- Reflective, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
