Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be supporting a high-performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets in their search for a full-time Geography Teacher to start immediately until the end of the summer term. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Humanities department within a well-regarded school setting.
This Client is seeking a Geography Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3, including a Year 10 class, with a focus on inspiring students and helping them build a strong foundation in geographical knowledge and skills.
About the Role:
- Full-time Geography Teacher
- Teaching Key Stage 3 and a Year 10 class
- Start: Immediate
- Contract until end of the summer term
- London MPS salary
- Interviews arranged immediately
Teacher Requirements:
- A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS/PGCE)
- Specialism or strong background in Geography
- Experience teaching KS3 and ideally Year 10
- A passion for Geography and a commitment to student progress
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
