Our outstanding school in Westminster is seeking an Enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join our thriving and well-resourced Humanities department. We are looking for a teacher who can inspire students with the wonders of our planet and the interconnectedness of human and physical environments across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Location: Westminster Role: Geography Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Geography lessons covering both physical and human geography across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking about global issues and sustainability.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the Geography curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Geography.
- Potentially contribute to fieldwork and extracurricular geography activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Geography at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- A strong and up-to-date knowledge of geographical concepts and contemporary issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of making geography relevant and engaging for students.
- A commitment to student-centered learning and promoting a global perspective.
