Dedicated Geography Teacher Wanted in Ealing! Progressive Secondary School

Location: Ealing Role: Geography Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3-4, and potentially A-Level.
• Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of geographical concepts, processes, and their global context.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Geography curriculum.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Geography.
• Potentially contribute to fieldwork and extracurricular activities that promote geographical understanding.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Geography or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of Geography.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students about the world.
• A commitment to fostering global citizenship and an understanding of environmental and social issues.
