Head of English – The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for an experienced English teacher who is ready to take on a leadership challenge. The successful candidate will manage a team of English teachers, oversee curriculum planning and assessment, support whole-school literacy initiatives, and continue to deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of KS5 depending on experience.
Salary: £45,000 – £63,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
