Passionate History Teacher Wanted in Westminster! Engaging Secondary School
Location: Westminster Role: History Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging History lessons across Key Stages 3-4, and potentially A-Level.
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of historical periods and events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the History curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in History.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and historical inquiry.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in History or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching History at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of History.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bring history to life for students.
- A commitment to making history relevant and accessible for all learners.
