Location: Ealing Role: History & Politics Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging History and Politics lessons across Key Stages 4 and potentially A-Level.
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of historical events and political systems, fostering analytical skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the History and Politics curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in History and Politics.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, debate, and analytical discussion of historical and political issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in History, Politics, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching History and/or Politics at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge in both History and Politics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in History and Politics within an analytical framework.
- A commitment to fostering critical thinking and an understanding of historical and political processes within a brilliant and encouraging setting.
