Location:WestminsterRole:History Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliverengagingand challengingHistorylessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of historical periods and events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance theHistorycurriculum within ourengaging schoolcontext.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress inHistory.
- Potentially contribute to extracurricularHistoryclubs or trips, enhancing theengaginglearning experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree inHistoryor a related field.
- Proven experience teachingHistoryat secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject ofHistory.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bringHistoryto life for students in anengagingway.
- A commitment to fostering critical thinking and historical understanding within ourengaging schoolcommunity.
