Maths Coordinator (KS3–KS4) Wanted — South East London

We’re hiring a Maths Coordinator to drive curriculum quality, raise attainment, and lead on data-driven interventions across a high-expectations school in South East London (Lewisham / Southwark / Greenwich / Bromley / Bexley / Croydon catchment).

The role
  • Lead KS3–KS4 Maths coordination: curriculum sequencing, assessment, and moderation

  • Use data intelligently to close gaps and lift progress 8

  • Coach and quality-assure classroom practice; model outstanding teaching

  • Own interventions (GCSE catch-up, small-group programmes, KS3 foundations)

  • Champion behaviour routines, culture, and high expectations

You’ll need
  • QTS/QTLS (UK) and strong track record in KS3–KS4 Maths

  • Evidence of curriculum leadership and impact on outcomes

  • Confident with data, assessment, and targeted intervention

  • Clear behaviour systems; excellent communication with staff, pupils, and parents

  • Right to Work, Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain), and 2 referees
