Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Department in leading and developing the Maths curriculum across all key stages, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Assist with departmental planning, data analysis, and interventions to drive student progress and attainment.

Mentor and support colleagues within the department, contributing to their professional development.

Deliver consistently outstanding Maths lessons, inspiring students through a passion for the subject and a commitment to academic excellence.

Play a key role in whole-school initiatives and help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
