Enthusiastic Maths & Statistics Teacher Wanted in Westminster! Logical Secondary School
Location: Westminster Role: Maths & Statistics Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths and Statistics lessons across Key Stages 4 and potentially A-Level Statistics, alongside core Maths.
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of mathematical and statistical principles and their applications.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Maths and Statistics curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Maths and Statistics.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages logical thinking, problem-solving, and the application of statistical methods.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply), with an interest or experience in teaching Statistics.
- Strong subject knowledge in both Mathematics and Statistics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Maths and Statistics within a logical framework.
- A commitment to fostering a love of learning and a strong understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts.
